Pilsen Lager 2007
The Wyeast 2007 Pilsen Lager Yeast is considered the classic American lager strain. It is mild and neutral and produces beers with a nice malty character and a smooth palate. It will ferment dry and crisp leaving minimal sulfur or diacetyl. Beers created with 2007 Pilsen Lager will exhibit the characteristics of the most popular lager in America.

Attenuation: 71 – 75
Optimal Temperature Range: 48-56 F
