Irish Moss
Irish Moss
Irish moss is used as clearing agent for brewing beer. It will help prevent chill haze and allow you to eliminate the need for filtering. It is derived from seaweed.
Usage: 1 tsp per 5 gallons added with 15 minutes left in the boil
