Hungarian Oak Shavings – Medium Toast
Add oak shavings to produce a natural oak flavor to your beer and wine. Adding oak will also help create a full bodied wine.
Medium Toast Hungarian Oak Shavings has the highest percieved vanilla flavor while also contributing roasted coffee, bittersweet chocolate and black pepper characteristics.
The Greater surface area allows for fuller, faster extraction. Usage 3-4 oz per 5-6 gallon batch.
